You can agree with him, but trust is less than futile.
Donald Trump is popular not because ‘he speaks his mind’, but because he speaks the minds of many. That is downright frightening to those of us who aren’t interested in persecuting anyone who isn’t exactly like us. But here’s an important thing to remember; you are fully permitted to hate anyone, for any reason, or no reason at all, you just aren’t allowed to act on it in any way that infringes on another’s rights, in the USA, anyway.
So by all means, feel free to think bigoted, prejudiced and biased thoughts toward anyone and everyone you choose, BUT while you’re cheering behind someone proven to outright lie to turn your dissatisfaction into a rally cry of ‘us against them’, always keep in mind that discrimination spreads. It’s only a matter of time before he attacks you or your beliefs just to get more free publicity to feed his compulsive, uncontrolled narcissism.
